Contact us for an appointment in person via email or phone and schedule a one on one consultation.  You may also email us a photo of your old jewelry if you are out of state. 

Step 1: Through a process of asking questions about what’s important to you in your next pieces of jewelry, we develop a customized jewelry design that incorporates your existing gemstones and diamonds.

Step 2: We present a hand drawn sketch of your future design. After receiving your approval, we break apart your old jewelry, separating the stones from the metal.

Step 3: Wax approval: we schedule another appointment for you to come in and view your wax or we will email images of the wax to you.  Making sure it is exactly as was discussed and to your liking before proceeding with the making of the piece.

Step 4: A joyous Redefinition: we will have you in to pick up your newly Redesigned piece jewelry complete with an appraisal for your records. If you are out of state we will ship to you overnight with a signature required.

Absolutely! Most of our clients live out of state and we are very experienced in working with our clients through email, text and even FaceTime video to step you through the process of redesigning your existing pieces.

You will send your jewelry through registered mail via your local post office. Contact your postal service for the specific instructions of a registered shipment. 

You will have the option to purchase insurance through registered mail up to $50,000.

Whether you are redesigning a piece of jewelry using your existing gemstones and diamonds or purchase a brand new piece form our collection, all sales are final.
